With 2024 drawing to a close, we rewind through the achievements, the challenges overcome, but most importantly, the incredible journey we have taken together for yet another year.
It wasn’t all smooth sailing. 2024 certainly put us to the test.
It has been an intense and transformative year.
We faced challenges, difficulties, and changes within the team. But every challenge, every difficulty, every change was an opportunity to grow, innovate, and strengthen our commitment to each other, to Microgreens, and to our clients.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and admiration for our team. The dedication and resilience of every one of you have been the fundamental pillars that have supported us throughout the year, especially in the toughest moments.
Together, we achieved remarkable and commendable growth, and this was thanks to the hard work and tireless spirit of everyone.
Some of this year’s achievements:
- health insurance for the entire team;
- our trip to Évora, our first team-building weekend;
- free coffee;
- fruit and cereal bars every day;
- the annual bonus
But also:
- a new refrigerated warehouse;
- a reorganised cold storage chamber;
- improved worktables;
- new heating;
- foggers
And all of this, in one way or another, has enabled us to do our work better, serving all who rely on us with greater quality and consistency.
To our team, I want to say:
Tomás is a visionary, and for that reason, I know the future of Microgreens will always be full of possibilities. We are all privileged to have met Tomás and to be part of a company that not only strives to be the best at what it does but also genuinely cares about each of us.
