Since we do not use chemical insecticides, you may find some insects in the packaging. If this happens, immerse the product in cold water for 15 minutes with 2% white wine vinegar to sanitize.
Imagine a combination of celery with a hint of parsley, but on steroids, and you have our Micro Curry! With thin, elongated leaves of an intense green, this is not a shy microgreen at all. Besides a predominant celery flavour, it has aniseed notes and a somewhat spicy finish that gives it personality. It pairs wonderfully with a wide variety of foods. The leaves can be used in salads, soups, and any dishes containing pork, poultry, or strongly flavoured fish.
