Did we deliberately choose this title to shock and grab attention? Maybe.
Could we have chosen another? Yes, because we've been called worse.
Was there any need for these words? We believe not.
Recently, we received criticism from a competitor who, in a rather unfriendly manner, called us that for unknowingly presenting our products to one of their clients. An unfortunate comment that, in some way, made us reflect on what it really means to compete in a fair, respectful, and healthy way. Let’s be clear once and for all: we believe in free trade and healthy competition, and we are absolutely convinced that our principles are stronger than any attempt at discrediting us.
We live in a global market, so asking brands not to introduce themselves to potential clients is simply unreasonable. Every day, new consumers enter the market, new opportunities arise, new needs emerge, and, of course, new products appear to meet those demands.
There is a saying: “Build a better mousetrap, and the world will beat a path to your door.” But this is only true if people know the mousetrap exists. What’s the point of having an excellent product and service if no one knows about them?
We need customers like we need air to breathe. Finding new clients is what we do.
If we believe in our product and service, why would we hide them?
If we are fully convinced they benefit people, why wouldn’t we sell them?
If people like our product, naturally, we want to offer it to as many as possible.
Are we wankers for that? So be it.
