We are a very proud company.
Nothing leaves here without an invoice, we pay our taxes, and we do not owe any suppliers.
We don’t have anyone working with precarious contracts, nor do we pay minimum wage. We always pay on time, provide health insurance, reward, encourage, and value each of our 21 employees.
We have people working with us aged between 26 and 67, of different nationalities, beliefs, and religions, all of whom we hold in the highest regard.
We have the best infrastructure that a company like ours can afford. We do not look for cheap raw materials, only the best. We do not cut corners or choose shortcuts.
There is always someone ready to answer the phone to help. There is always a prompt response on social media, emails, and messages.
There is always someone willing to get into a car, with a smile, and deliver from Porto to the Algarve, from Madrid to Barcelona, so that no one is left hanging.
Our on-time delivery success rate is 99.77%, and that’s something very, very few companies can boast about.
We follow trends and try to always stay one step ahead. We listen to our customers and travel to bring new products and innovation.
What is our day-to-day like? Stressful. But these are the so-called "occupational hazards."
Working with fresh and perishable products is exhausting. Every day, we put our all into making sure everything happens smoothly, that nothing fails, and that everything arrives in perfect condition in under 24 hours after harvesting.
Every day we receive proposals from companies to resell our products, and every day our answer is the same—no.
We are too loyal to our principles and like to have control over everything. From seed to plate, everything is done manually by us.
We only harvest products to order so that they arrive as fresh as if they had just been picked, and we have the capability to deliver throughout the European Union.Having a reseller would not add value and would jeopardise the quality and freshness of our products.
Furthermore, we know our customers, we know what they like, the sizes they prefer, and to us, that means everything. We do not know nor want to do it any other way. Just thinking about it makes our bodies ache.We do not live obsessed with the "competition" or looking over our shoulders. In fact, having "competition" is necessary and healthy. It ensures that we do not become complacent, but above all, it keeps us humble.
Every day, and especially since the pandemic, we do not take anything for granted. We do everything in our power to remain independent, with dignity, without ever losing our way or straying from the right path. And all of this is only possible because we have an extraordinary team and thanks to you, the best customers we could have—loyal, empathetic, aligned with our values, and walking beside us.
Tetris teaches us that when we try to fit in, we disappear. And that’s why, no matter how stressful the days may be, we will ALWAYS continue to do everything “our way.”
