It only took changing the label on our boxes and adding a QR code to improve the packing process in the cold storage, ensuring there are no errors and that everyone receives exactly the products they ordered.
In addition, we changed the label on the microgreens trays to include shipping information, also with a QR code. This allows the carrier to scan the delivery note, verify the order, and access the invoice directly.
Thanks to this, all invoices are now sent exclusively electronically, abandoning the physical paper version with each order.
We are not only avoiding unnecessary printing but also eliminating the plastic envelopes in which invoices were previously sent. This saves time—a lot of time—that we can now dedicate to more valuable tasks.
