This year, we took another important and highly symbolic step for us: the construction of our new canteen! Many of you may think it’s nothing special and not quite worthy of a blog post, but for us, it’s a victory that deserves to be celebrated!

With a growing team, our old canteen was no longer big enough to accommodate everyone. We were faced with the challenge of needing a larger, more comfortable, and functional space where everyone could have lunch together, with more room to chat and strengthen the bonds that make our team so special.

Having lunch together every day is invaluable to us. It’s the moment when we exchange ideas, share experiences, open up, and celebrate the small victories of everyday life. And it is in this environment of sharing and unity that we find the strength to move forward, face challenges, and continue growing.

This new canteen, beyond being a renovated space, symbolises our commitment to continuing to invest in the people who shape our story. In every small achievement like this one, we reinforce our desire to make Microgreens an ever more welcoming place.

We are incredibly happy with our new space, but more than that, with the team spirit that this victory represents. We can’t wait for all the moments and memories we will create here ☺️
